Payment will be processed before order is produced.
Please allow 2 – 5 business days for Gee Natural Skincare to produce, pack, and prepare your order. Gee products are created in small fresh batches to maintain their quality. In the event that raw materials for your order are unavailable, a notice will be sent to you via email.
Canada Post is used for sending order parcels. Once order is shipped, an email will be forwarded with the tracking number.
Flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 will be applied to all orders within Canada. Expedited shipping requests will have additional costs, please contact me for details.
Remote locations / rural areas may take up to 7 business days.
Gee Natural Skincare is not responsible for damage or delays in delivery time once shipment leaves its facility.
There is no minimum order, however the flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be applied to all orders.
At this time, Gee Natural Skincare ships merchandise to locations only within Canada. International orders may be processed via email, as additional charges will apply for insurance and parcel tracking. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org details.
All products are final sale. Due to the personal nature of the items, I cannot accept returns.
Allergies: If your skin reacts to a certain ingredient, please let me know. Under such circumstances, I will usually refund the item without question. Please contact email@example.com more information.
Damaged Goods: I do my utmost to ensure your product is packed properly and intact. On occasion the box or contents may become damaged. Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) in the shipping box and email when you can to firstname.lastname@example.org. After assessing the situation, I will give you a replacement or your money back promptly.
Spoiled Product: I maintain sterile equipment, preparation, filling and packing zones. I also conduct testing before the products leave my facility. There may be occurrences whereby product is inadvertently exposed to temperature extremes during shipment, which can affect its quality. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns about my products.
GST & respective Provincial Taxes are applied to your order. Tax total is listed on your invoice.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to ship your order complete. There may be occasions when I am waiting for out of stock shipments from my Canadian suppliers. If a Gee Natural Skincare item is out of stock and that product is expected to be made shortly, your order may be held so that it will ship complete. If it is an item that is expected to be out of stock for an undetermined amount of time, you will either be notified of the situation, or your parcel will leave without the item and you will be reimbursed for the item. Please reorder out of stock items. Larger quantities of product may require lead times.
Unpaid or incomplete orders left in shopping carts will be cancelled after 72 hours.
